No. It is a one-time software license with no hidden monthly subscription or per-seat surcharge.
03How long does the license last?＋
Your software license is perpetual and includes one year of product updates. After the update period ends, you can continue using the version you already have.
04How many team members are included?＋
The current license supports up to 10 active team members. The exact active-member policy and future expansion options will be defined in the purchase agreement.
05Where is our data stored?＋
PMS Desk runs in your own server or cloud environment through Docker, so your organization manages its own project, work-item, and time data.
06What is not included?＋
PMS Desk is not a full accounting, contract management, CRM, ERP, or enterprise agile suite. Worklog withdrawal and backfill approval, live WeCom messaging, and selected export features are still being improved.
